Henry A. Tesoroni the founding partner in the firm in 1979 has been practicing Immigration Law exclusively since that time. He is admitted to the bar in the state of New Jersey and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Federal District Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Mr. Tesoroni served as a criminal investigator with the United States Immigration Service in Newark, New Jersey from April 1971 until June 1979. He is a graduate of the sixteen-week intensive border patrol course at United States Border Patrol Academy in Port Isabel, Texas and the Journeyman's School for Immigration Officers also in Port Isabel. During his tenure with the Service Mr. Tesoroni, in addition to his investigative assignments, served as the Newark, New Jersey District Office Training Officer for both Immigration Law and Investigator's Procedures. He has earned several special achievement awards from the U.S. Immigration Service.
Mr. Tesoroni specializes in immigration business law. He handles applications for permanent residence based on labor certifications and temporary E, H and L visas. Mr. Tesoroni also handles complex deportation matters and appeals. He has litigated complex matters in deportation proceedings before immigration judges, the Board of Immigration Appeals and has presented oral argument before the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.
Mr. Tesoroni, a Newark, New Jersey native is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Italian. Mr. Tesoroni is an avid sports fan and golfer who enjoys traveling and classical music.
